Because emma is run from a central database, when you want to add an additional practice or location to your group, all you have to do is tell emma you have added a new location with however many rooms it has.
Emma then simply allows instant cross booking between the locations from the diary.

Furthermore, emma keeps all charges and invoices tagged with their location so if you prefer to keep each one as a separate business and do accounts for them separately, you can. You are not forced to use the idea of 'One database, one set of accounts'.
