Emma automatically sends an email confirmation with every appointment as well as an Outlook invitation. The text of the email is 'natural language' which means that it looks like it has been written by a human being, not by a computer and it even contains the specific information relating to the appointment your're booking. For example, if you're booking a health screen you may wish to include details of what to wear, whether to fast etc, in fact you can include whatever information you like. What's more, each email can be branded to each of your client companies so if you have a relationship with a corporate, you can brand the emails to appear as if they're coming from their HR, rather than from you.
