Email Archival

The Email Archival function within Emma integrates directly into your mail server and compiles a complete archive of all communications sent to or from your patients, clients and admin staff.

It logs everything absolutely seamlessly so a complete auditable log of all emails are archived within the patient's file. This log is not editable and information can only be retrieved by entering your password to prevent abuse. It is not posssibly to bypass the system so you can have absolute faith that all information is accurate.

This is the most secure way of recording auditable communications between your clients and your staff.

This module requires direct access to your mail server and is only available where such access can be granted. Also requires that Ascensus or one of our partner companies host your Emma database to prevent tampering.
