Digital Archive

The digital archive is designed to allow you to store all your digital patient media (scans, correspondence) as well as audio and video files in one safe place.

Files can be categorised in folders and sets as well as browsed.

When in browsing mode, a full screen 'reader' pops up and the user can browse through all the notes as if they were on paper. It is quick and efficient as well as easy.

For notes where multiple doctors may be viewing, notes can be recorded next to paper and this will be stored with the file. Notes cannot be deleted, only added to so you have confidence that all your comments are stored safely with the paper record.
