Contract Management System

The CMS system is unique in the marketplace today.

It allows Emma to seamlessly deliver online bookings and quick, accurate bookings, nomatter how complex the contract with the client.

Rules based on Age, Sex, Eligibility, Location, Time, Day of week, Limits, and days in advance can be integrated into contracts to ensure that patients can only book what they are allowed to. This technology is totally integrated throughout Emma and makes bookings an incredibly simple process, rather than one that requires detailed knowledge of 'Who is allowed to have what.'

The system was developed with Health screening and corporate contracts in mind, but is equally applicable to membership schemes and promotional discounts as rules can be activated and deactivated at preset times years in advance.
