The Company Relationship Manager in Emma is designed to allow you to keep track of all contact with your clients.
It allows you to assign employees and offices to companies as well as have complete control over billing and payments. A complete log is made of all events relating to a company and additional events can be added in for items such as phone calls or meetings, with follow up dates marked which will in turn create tasks for the user to perform on that specified follow up date. Reporting can be customised to each company with standardised reports that are mine the company data, or specific reports that have been requested by that company. What's more, all this functionaliy is accessible by the company themselves (if you allow them access) which means that they can log in and update employee lists and pull the reports you allow them to as well as view their bills online and even pay them if you have purchased the online payments module.
