How to update the prices for an item |

NOTE THAT THIS ARTICLE REFERS TO V1.3 OF EMMA, NOT TO V2. TO SEE INSTRUCTIONS FOR V2 PLEASE SEE 'How to price a product' Go into the management area, select Chargeable Items from the Costs area. 1) Select the class of item you are interested in - ie Appointments, Classes etc. You may add your own groups here if you wish. 2) Select the Item you are interested in within this group. If it is an arbitrary group, you may add your own. 3) Choose the cost group you wish to update in the drop down on the right hand side, set a new price (prices can be zero), and set an effective date. 4) Repeat with other cost groups. NOTE: If you pick a date in the future, these prices will not be used until this date. If a price is not set, then this item will not appear at all in the search engine as the assumption is made that this item is not to be sold to members of this cost group. This is a basic form of eligibility management. |
