How to uncancel a cancelled appointment

When you cancel an appointment
in Emma, it isn't actually deleted. It is simply marked as cancelled.

To resurrect an accidentally deleted appointment, you should go into the patient's file and press the 'Appointments and Classes' button on the left hand side.

This will show you a list of all the appointments that patient has ever had, whether they were cancelled or not.

Click on the appointment you wish to uncancel from this list and you will be taken to the appointment details page. From here, you will be able to uncheck the tick box marked 'Patient Cancelled'

Hit update and you're done!
