How to Cancel an appointment Scenario: Patient has changed his mind 1) Select the day and practitioner from the diary list. 2) Click on the X button in the appointment. - this will automatically offer to charge you if it is within the 24 hour period otherwise will return you to the diary screen. NOTE: The information regarding the appointment is never lost. It will be kept in the system even if you can’t see it. You may report on it later. |
