I have forgotten my password

Passwords in emma are not recoverable.
To be able to log in again, you will have to log in as another user (or get another user to log in for you).

They will then be able to do the following:

1) Go to management
2) Go to 'Admin Staff'
3) Choose your name from the list
4) Hit reset password from the bottom of the list.


This will email you a new password at the address given in your details.
