How to create an invoice

To create an invoice, you must first choose the charges that ae to appear on this invoice, then prepare the invoice, then create it:


1) To choose the charges for a patient, find the patient you wish to charge using the patient search function.

2) Select Charges from the Menu on the left hand side of the screen.

3) If you wish to charge an appointment, select the appointment from the appointment list and place a tick in the tick box.

Note that you cannot tick an appointment that has not been 'Arrived and Left' so if this is not the case, the tick box will not be available and you will have to arrive and leave the patient from the diary.

4) If you wish to add further charges, simply type the name of the item you wish to charge in the boxes below and click search.  You may then enter the number of each item you wish to sell and then add them to the charges.

5) Having selected the charges you wish to bill, simply click 'Prepare invoice' and confirm that the details you have prepared are correct. Then click 'Create invoice'

6) Your invoice has now been created.

7) To view the invoice in Word, hit RTF.
