How to change your emails being sent to patients |

1) Go to Management, then Emails in 'Communication' 2) Select the event you wish to trigger an email for: 3) Enter or update the email you wish to use. A sample email containing all the fields will already be present in the box. If you wish to send company specific emails, simply select the company from the list and hit create. This will present you with an empty box into which you may enter a custom email for patients who belong to that company. |
